Serves 1

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 apple, cored and sliced, or 1 cup apple sauce (cinnamon or plain)
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 banana, frozen
  • 1 serving MacaBoost Vanilla-Chai

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth. Serve immediately.

*If you desired, non-dairy yogurt can be substituted.
