This Banana Chai Shake with TurmericBoost Restore is the perfect way to get acquainted with the bright yellow herb you keep hearing about. With potassium from bananas and dates, plus hemp protein and Chia seeds, it makes the perfect post-workout treat for vegans (and just about everyone). The warming chai spices are free of sweeteners, making it a great choice for your health. The options for fruit are limitless.

Ingredients:

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 cup cold filtered water
  • 2 pitted medjool dates
  • 2 tablespoons Chia seeds
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons TurmericBoost Restore
  • 2 tablespoons hemp protein of your choice Ice (optional)

Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
