A serving (30 drops) of Green Tea Liquid Herbal Extract contains no more than 14 mg caffeine. By comparison, 1 cup of brewed green tea contains 24–45 mg caffeine, on average.
As for polyphenol content, 35 drops of Liquid Herbal Extract contains the average equivalent to 1 cup of green tea.
