If you don't have time to prepare your own cashew milk, try these recipes with any other milk of your choice and share the results!

    Blueberry Boost Smoothie with Gaia Herbs Immune Shine™

    Ingredients

    How to Make It:

    • Pour the cashew milk into the blender.
    • Then add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth, 30 seconds – 1 minute.
    • Pour into a glass and enjoy.

    Ingredients:

    • Pour the cashew milk into the blender.
    • Then add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth, 30 seconds – 1 minute.

    Sunrise Smoothie with Gaia Herbs Everyday Adaptogen™

    Ingredients:

    How to Make It:

    • Pour the Maca milk into the blender.
    • Then add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth, 30 seconds – 1 minute.

    Cashew Milk

    Ingredients: 

    • 1 cup soaked and rinsed organic cashews
    • 3 cups filtered water
    • 2 organic dates, pitted
    • 1 teaspoon organic vanilla paste
    • Pinch of salt

    How To Make It:

    • Rinse and soak raw organic cashews in cold water overnight.
    • Strain, rinse thoroughly under cold water.
    • Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
    • Strain using a nut milk bag or double strain through a fine sieve.

    Cashew Maca Milk

    Ingredients: 

    • 1 cup soaked and rinsed organic cashews
    • 3 cups filtered water
    • 2 organic dates, pitted
    • 1 teaspoon organic vanilla paste
    • 1 teaspoon Maca Powder
    • Pinch of salt

    How To Make It:

    • Preheat oven to 325 F.
    • Roast cashews for 12 minutes, rotating once at the half-way point (six minutes).
    • Let cool.
    • Soak roasted organic cashews in cold water overnight.
    • Strain, rinse thoroughly under cold water.
    • Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
    • Strain through a nut milk bag or double strain through a fine sieve.
