Ingredients
- 1 cup cashew milk (See cashew milk recipe below)
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- ¼ cup frozen bananas
- 1 teaspoon Black Elderberry Syrup
- 1 teaspoon Immune Shine™ powder
How to Make It:
- Pour the cashew milk into the blender.
- Then add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth, 30 seconds – 1 minute.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy.
Mindful Mango Smoothie with Gaia Herbs Mind Spring™
Ingredients:
- 1 cup cashew milk (See cashew milk recipe below)
- ½ cup frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen mango
- ½ cup frozen peaches
- 1 teaspoon Mind Spring™ powder
How to Make It:
- Pour the cashew milk into the blender.
- Then add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth, 30 seconds – 1 minute.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy.
Sunrise Smoothie with Gaia Herbs Everyday Adaptogen™
Ingredients:
- 1 cup roasted cashew Maca milk (See cashew Maca milk recipe below)
- ½ cup frozen bananas
- ¾ cup frozen peaches
- 1 pitted date
- 1 teaspoon Everyday Adaptogen powder
How to Make It:
- Pour the Maca milk into the blender.
- Then add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth, 30 seconds – 1 minute.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy.
Cashew Milk
Ingredients:
- 1 cup soaked and rinsed organic cashews
- 3 cups filtered water
- 2 organic dates, pitted
- 1 teaspoon organic vanilla paste
- Pinch of salt
How To Make It:
- Rinse and soak raw organic cashews in cold water overnight.
- Strain, rinse thoroughly under cold water.
- Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
- Strain using a nut milk bag or double strain through a fine sieve.
Cashew Maca Milk
Ingredients:
- 1 cup soaked and rinsed organic cashews
- 3 cups filtered water
- 2 organic dates, pitted
- 1 teaspoon organic vanilla paste
- 1 teaspoon Maca Powder
- Pinch of salt
How To Make It:
- Preheat oven to 325 F.
- Roast cashews for 12 minutes, rotating once at the half-way point (six minutes).
- Let cool.
- Soak roasted organic cashews in cold water overnight.
- Strain, rinse thoroughly under cold water.
- Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
- Strain through a nut milk bag or double strain through a fine sieve.
