Our Promise to You
We believe in listening to what Nature has to say. Cultivating herbs with care and intent allows us to offer products designed to optimize vitality while maintaining purity and integrity. Our philosophy is grounded in certain truths that serve as the pillars for everything we do. We stand behind our products and if you are not 100% in love with a Gaia Herbs product purchased from us we will promptly issue a refund. Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Gaia Herbs 100% Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers. The guarantee is also limited to the original, end-user purchaser.
Order Changes and Cancellations
All orders placed are final. Note: We are unable to modify your shipping address once your order has been submitted. Please take care to ensure your delivery address is current and valid at the time of checkout.
In the event that you wish to change or cancel an order, please contact us at 1-800-831-7780 and select option 2, or email firstname.lastname@example.org. We will make every effort to honor your request, but we cannot guarantee that your order can be modified. In the event that your order has already been processed, please visit our self-service Returns portal. All returns are subject to our Return policy and return shipping fees.
How long do I have to return the product?
45 days from the ship date from Gaia Herbs. You must submit your guarantee request during this period.
How do I Start my Return?
If you purchased your product from Gaia Herbs: Click the Start a Return button below.
If you purchased your product from a Gaia Herbs authorized seller: Returns for purchases made from authorized sellers should be initiated with the place of purchase and are subject to the seller’s return policy. Please contact the seller directly to initiate the return process. Gaia Herbs is unable to reimburse purchases made from authorized sellers.
If you need additional assistance with a return, please call 1-800-831-7780 and select option 2, or email email@example.com. Please have your order or account information available and a brief explanation of why you are unhappy with the product.
If your request is approved, you may be required to submit a copy of your proof of purchase (if you have not already done so). Additionally, in certain cases you may be required to submit photos of your product and/or its packaging and labeling, and/or mail the unused portion of your Gaia Herbs product to Gaia Herbs to the address we provide.
When will I receive my credit?
Once the product is returned to our warehouse, you will be credited to the original form of payment used within 7-10 business days.
Is there a shipping fee?
In most cases, a shipping fee of $8.95 will be deducted from your refund unless the product is damaged, or it is due to our mistake. We may request an image of the incorrect or damaged product prior to waiving the return shipping fee.
Gaia Herbs reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny guarantee requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or if a customer has abused the Gaia Herbs 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

Product Exchange Limitations
What if I need to exchange an item?
Our returns center cannot process exchanges! If you have found another item on our site that you would prefer over the one originally ordered, please return (See Returns Process Instructions) the original item and place a separate order for the new item. We will notify you via e-mail when the return has been processed.
