Our Farm Crew
Each year, through the H2A visa program, we employ approximately 30 farmworkers who make the journey from San Luis Potosi, Mexico, to spend the growing and harvesting season on our Farm. Most of our Farm Crew returns every year, including a few who have been with us for more than 20 years.

To expand access to herbal resources & support community health, we donate approximately $300,000 worth of products and raw materials each year to nonprofits, schools, organizations, and events across North Carolina and the U.S., while also empowering our Gaians to give back through a Volunteer Time Off program that provides every employee with 20 hours of paid time annually.
