Order with HSA/FSA Funds
Gaia Herbs has partnered with Truemed to enable qualified customers to check out with Health Savings Accounts (HSA) or Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA).
In a few easy clicks, you can use your pre-tax dollars on Gaia Herbs supplements before your funds expire!
How It Works
Follow these steps so you can use your pre-tax HSA/FSA funds to pay for your favorite Gaia Herbs products.**
Shop Our Site Like Usual
At checkout, if you are logged in with Shop Pay you'll need to check out as a guest. Shop Pay takes precedent over the other payment methods. If you are logged in through Shop Pay the system will push you to pay with that method.
Select the HSA/FSA Payment Option
Choose "Truemed - Pay with HSA/FSA" to enter the Truemed checkout portal that will allow you to use your HSA/FSA funds if you are eligible.
Complete a Short Survey
Truemed will ask a few questions about yourself and your medical history. Your answers will help determine your eligibility to use HSA/FSA funds on the items in your cart.
Enter Your HSA or FSA Debit Card Details
The subtotal on this screen should match the subtotal from Step 1. Complete your checkout as usual.
If you don’t have your HSA or FSA debit card handy, you can also complete the checkout through Truemed with a regular credit or debit card and follow Truemed's directions to submit for reimbursement after the purchase.
You're All Set!
Within two hours of your purchase, you will receive the standard itemized email receipt from Gaia Herbs and a Letter of Medical Necessity from Truemed if you are approved.** Keep these documents for your records, should your HSA/FSA provider or the IRS require additional documentation.
