    WHAT IS IT?

    Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) is a small shrub traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine, known for its adaptogenic properties. It is often referred to as Indian ginseng or winter cherry. The root of the plant has been harvested for centuries for its rejuvenating and stress-relieving effects.
