These taste amazing. We like to let them dissolve in our mouth. Even the skin of the capsule taste great. Then wow you get a really nice cinnamon blast of flavor once you get to the liquid inside. Take one after or before eating something sweet, to help balance & regulate blood sugar levels. In my opinion is a good thing.
