Carrot Apple Fennel Smoothie Recipe With MacaBoost Vanilla-Chai

The tasty trio of fennel, apple and carrot combine to deliver fiber and flavor! This smoothie offers digestive support with the subtle sweetness of maple syrup.

Serves 2


  • 2 heaping teaspoons MacaBoost® Vanilla-Chai
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 apple, cored and sliced
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup
  • 1 large carrot, scrubbed and stem end trimmed
  • 1/2 bulb fennel, core and fronds removed
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup ice


  1. Thoroughly blend all ingredients except ice.
  2. Add ice and blend again until smooth.
  3. Pour into glasses and enjoy!
