What Is Maca?

Gaia Herbs Berry Mint Lemonade Smoothie with Maca Powder

Yield: 2 smoothies


  • 2 teaspoons Gaia Herbs Maca Powder
  • 1 1/2 apples, cored and sliced
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 bulb fennel, core and fronds removed
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 8 mint leaves
  • 1 cup ice


  1. Toss all ingredients except ice into a blender and blend thoroughly.
  2. Add ice and blend again until smooth.
  3. Pour into glasses and enjoy!

Note: This recipe yields two smoothies. One smoothie provides the suggested daily serving of 1 teaspoon of Gaia Herbs Maca Powder.
