Looking to energize your morning? Try this delicious berries and Maca parfait. It has it all: a little sweet, a little tart and a little crunchy.
- 1 heaping teaspoon Maca Boost® Cacao Ginger
- 1/4 cup raspberries
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup strawberries, hulled and quartered
- 1/4 cup granola
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt (we like coconut milk yogurt)
- In a small bowl, combine the yogurt and MacaBoost Cacao-Ginger.
- In another bowl, combine all three types of berries.
- In a tall glass, alternate layers of the yogurt, granola and fruit salad.
