A couple drops of Gaia valerian root on the tongue is the answer to falling back to sleep after a wee-hour trip to the bathroom. I would not want to be without it.

I’m using this of a reco from my cat’s vet to use it to calm him and help him feel less anxious around my other two cats as he is sick with lymphoma so not always feeling top notch. Feel like it’s really working! When I use it regularly, he eats with my other two in the kitchen which he wouldn’t for a while. Weird thing to say but true so will continue using.
