Your taste buds get a healthy workout with this recipe. The flavors of mint, citrus and berries combine in every sip.
- 2 teaspoons of Maca Powder
- 1 1/2 apples, cored and sliced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 bulb fennel, core and fronds removed
- 1 cup strawberries
- 8 mint leaves
- 1 cup ice
- Thoroughly blend all ingredients except ice.
- Add ice and blend again until smooth.
- Pour into glasses and enjoy!
