Like another reviewer I also struggle with PMDD so anything that can support my mood around my cycle I will definitely try. The first day I took this, I instantly felt calmer and less "ragey." I felt more clear-headed and able to go through my day easily. It didn't really help with any of my physical symptoms-- I still think Vitex is the best for that.

I have now been taking this product for 3 months and have been amazed at the results. I was diagnosed with PMDD over 20 years ago and as perimenopause nears my symptoms have gone from bad to much, much worse. I have never benefited from things others have and am prone to getting side effects from many things others don’t. But not with this product. I noticed almost immediately improved sleep nightly (insomnia had become almost a nightly problem for me). My sleep is much deeper and I wake feeling so refreshed. The first month of taking there wasn’t much change in PMDD symptoms as my cycle neared, but by the second month there was a marked improvement. I noticed at least 50% improvement in pain and my mood was more stable and manageable than it’s been in a long while. (I usually have at least 1-2 days as my cycle nears where I can feel a palpable “darkness” descend-it’s awful and so hard to make any decisions or do life those days.) Also my skin didn’t flare in hormonal breakouts on my chin and jawline which was a huge plus. By the third month of taking my pain is 90% improved during my cycle! I still felt the hormonal bump of being off a bit mood wise but I was able to snap out of it so much faster than ever before. I am so thankful this formula uses saffron and fenugreek which I have found to be tolerable and without the nasty side effects that St John’s Wort and Ashwaghanda can cause for us PMDD folk. I absolutely LOVE this product. Unfortunately FedEx was used to ship and as is typical for that shipping company, this resulted in a 10 day delay of receiving-even though Gaia had sent them as 2 day. Had this been during the hot summer months I would have had to return them most likely as they would have been exposed to unsafe temperatures.
Please Gaia don’t use FedEx going forward!!!
This supplement is AMAZING though! I have been taking for almost 3 months and have had a major improvement in nightly sleep as well as a huge reduction in PMDD symptoms.
